Wonderful guide/driver Andrea, good fun, knowledgeable, considerate of everyone’s needs. Great to see more of the island and history as the resorts are untypical of the island. Time spent at each stop just right and the day moved along well. Arrived back at hotel when we expected to. I would recommend.

Having a small group was good, it felt like a more personal experience. Our guide was lovely and helpful, always happy to answer any questions. Enjoyed the visit to the goat farm more than we expected. Disappointed the caves were unavailable due to the weather/rough seas and the views in the mountains restricted due to low cloud - nothing anyone could do about that!

Oscar was an amazing guide, very informative and helpful! The tour covered some beautiful areas of the island, very interesting and well worth going! Only down side was that the caves are closed, they've been closed for a fair amount of time too so I think TUI should look at changing the description.

The tour guide was rude to me while he picked me up from hotel. He did not said good morning or introduced himself. The mini bus had no logo of any company displayed. I know TUI used a local company Kalitravel with a tour guide Oscar Mendoza. I had to ask his name after 30 minutes during the excursion to find out as he had no name badge and never introduce himself. He was going on and on to show him my voucher which I did but was not clear on the phone . After I insisted he checked his list.
