Enjoyed the trip however could have been better had we have had longer at Faro and less time in taviera. Make taveria first and faro last.

Wir konnten am Ausflug leider nicht teilnehmen, da uns der Veranstalter einen falschen Abholort genannt hatte und wir aber erwartet hatten, am Hotel abgeholt zu werden. Ich hatte bereits mit dem TUI Kundenservice Team (Frau Ahmetovic) eine Beschwerde eingereicht um die Gebühren erstattet zu bekommen. Leider wurde dies abgelehnt. Es wurde eine für uns nicht eindeutige Stellezur Abholung genannt, auch eine Kontaktaufnahme mit unserer Rezeption hatte nicht stattgefunden. Bitte um Rückerstattung

Logisch dat de gids in de bus al veel vertelt. Met zo’n grote groep is het ondoenlijk om door ‘n stad te lopen en iedereen voldoende info mee te geven. Prima. Op eigen gelegenheid de stad verkennen is goed. De gids had goede afspraken gemaakt mbt verzamelen op vertrekpunten.
