Cozumel sea safari with El Cielo snorkelling

Easy to book withTUI Rep at the resort (Tamara) very knowledgeable and friendly, picked up on time, mini bus was clean and tidy, driver was friendly. All staff involved on the snorkelling tour were very helpful and explained everything fully, Victor our main guide was very good fun with all staff involved making our trip memorable. All equipment was provided plus refreshments and lunch. A very enjoyable experience, happy customers 👍

When customers arrive at the gift shop from their Hotels via mini bus the staff should always do a head count before walking off to the ferry terminal. I pop up stairs to go to the toilet for no more than 2 minutes and all my mini bus party had gone. I was left alone to find the ferry terminal. When I found it I had missed my ferry to Cozumel Island. I caught the next one that left 20 minutes later. When I arrived at Cozumel at 0855 I caught my snorkelling speed boat with 2 minutes to spare.

Due to weather conditions, snorkeling locations changed from what we originally signed up for. With the exception of the first spot, we saw very few fish and the water was deeper and darker than expected. The remote island stop for lunch was not necessary. We would have preferred to just end the trip early. The guides were great and did a wonderful job with the group!

Excursion très chère !!! Un spot de 30mn puis de 15mn de plongée Trop de temps de transport pour profiter à fond de cette excursion Excursion qui aurait dû durer jusqu’à 16h Nous sommes rentrés à l’hôtel à 14h20 Une arnaque !!!!
