E-tickets to Awana SkyWay Genting Highlands Cable Car

Not allowed:

• Smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted

Know in advance:

• The ticket is valid for the selected date only
• Maintenance Notice: Awana SkyWay will be closed for scheduled maintenance from 13-17 July 2026. During this period, Genting SkyWay will operate from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Tickets can be used on either Awana SkyWay or Genting SkyWay
• Children below 90 cm in height ride free of charge
• Guests aged 16 years and below must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket, pass, or wristband
• Scan the QR code from your confirmation email for direct boarding. No physical ticket exchange is required
• Keep your QR code if stopping at Chin Swee Station to continue your journey or exit at SkyAvenue Station
• Each passenger may bring one cabin-size bag. Oversized baggage is subject to an additional charge
• Standard Gondolas accommodate up to 10 passengers. Glass Floor Gondolas accommodate up to 6 passengers
• Wheelchair and stroller access are available for Standard Gondolas. Only baby strollers are permitted in Glass Floor Gondolas
• If the Premium Outlet Cable Car is unavailable, boarding will be available at Gohtong Jaya Cable Car
• Wear appropriate attire throughout the ride
• Personal photography is permitted provided it does not disturb other guests. Commercial photography requires prior approval
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
• Admission confirmations are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or amended
