We kick off with a drive through lush green landscapes to a true Instagram hotspot – the Blue Hole. Explore a nearby cave, swing like Tarzan into one of three pools, and enjoy a cool swim in this mineral spring. After a delicious local lunch, we'll head to Dunn's River Falls – one of the stars of Bond film Dr. No.

Admire the 180-metre-high staircase of rock with water thundering down it and you can follow your guide to the top. Luckily, it's an easy scramble to the summit and anyone from toddlers to seniors, can have a go. But, if you don't fancy the climb, you can follow the trails either side or stay at the base relaxing in the tropical surroundings. Thrill-seekers will love this one.

We got half way to the Dunns falls and was told the blue holes were closed since the day before and we di a tour of ocho Rios instead. Dunns falls were fanatic but the so called tour was a drive round a bendy road ti see some trees then driving back to the hotels and they want to only give 30% refund for missing half a days trip?!

Its absolutely beautiful but very dangerous for somome with a disbilty or a over weight person there should be more guides and people should explain what they are actually signing up for !

River Dunnes is a beautiful place however whilst it is open to all it is not for the faint hearted. The fall itself is not steep but the water is powerful. The guide is exceptional and is definitely needed. Their expertise and help throughout the climb was welcomed. I was glad I did it but never again. The blue hole was on another scale and if you crave adrenaline then this is for you but not me. Instead of climbing up you are jumping down a waterfall in stages and plunging into the water below!

The lunch was not great and it would have been nice to have a cool box with bottled water on the transport. The guides in all venues etc were great but I wished we’d been more prepared for the tipping.
