Evening Cruise on the Luminous Lagoon

Really enjoyed this trip. The boat staff were entertaining and gave history of the lagoon. The fire show was good. Downside the photos for digital were really overpriced.

Not what we expected. We enjoyed it though. Came back too late for food. So hungry belly’s.

The actual cruise itself was fantastic. I do, however have some negative feedback. We arrived at the port around 5.15pm to be told that we had to wait over an hour for the boat to do the sunset cruise then come back for us. Another guest was collected from another hotel. Their package included the sunset cruise,the Luminous Lagoon and a meal at the end. We were expecting a cruise until dark and then immediate return to our hotel. I felt the package was not fully explained to us.

Was picked up at 3.40pm and had to wait 2 hours before being able to do the expereience. This being due to the crew wanting us to spend money in the shops. The wait lasted longer then the experience. All in the group missed dinner due to this so did not eat when they got back to the hotel. We spent many hours wasted off our holiday and left hungry to wait around when we could of got picked up earlier. Would not recommend

The lagoon and trip its self was amazing, but the transfer was horrible. The driver was drinking alcohol and talking on the phone, speeding and hard breaking nearly having a number of accidents. Unfortunately this experience ruined the whole evening and definitely not something would expect fromm TUI

There was a lot of waiting around and only about 30 mins on the actual boat. The driver who took us there had been drinking and drive shockingly. Overall It wasn’t value for money
