Important to know

Children aged one to seven years, or less than four feet tall, can participate accompanied by one adult in the encounter programme or by two adults for the swim adventure
Children agred from eight years, or over four feet tall, can participate in the encounter program alone or accompanied by one adult in the swim adventure and royal swim programmes
Children ages 10 years and older or above four feet seven inches can participate in any program alone
Infants from one to five years are free in any interactive programme, one for each paying adult, performing activities according to their size and structure
All passengers pay ground transportation, except infants aged three years or less
Women with up to five months pregnancy can participate in the encouter interactive programmes
Guests aged 70 and above may only participate in dolphin encounter. Depending on their physical condition and limited mobility. Guests with a history of heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart medication or any other major disorder should not participate
Guests should consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this tour is appropriate. Guests who have concerns should consult with their personal physician before engaging in any activity that may be strenuous for them. i loved the dolphin experience , but we got there early and there was no one to check us in , and no rep with us , and we had no time slot so a cruise ship came in and they all went ahead of us and it was only due to someone in our group sorting it out that we got a time slot , but we had to wait another hour to do it ,, the driver was lovely and waited for us as we were running a bit late .. But the Dolphin Experience was brilliant once we got to do it .

The dolphins were an amazing experience/memory, and their handlers friendly and knowledgeable. However, negatives: we weren’t given a guide, just a driver who stayed on the bus. We were taken too early and had to sit outside until it opened, with no opportunity for breakfast as too early (we are disabled and diabetics). The bus had no bottom step, making access very difficult. We were hounded to buy photos for $70 but only received a qr code. Meal didn’t come with a drink, had to purchase extra

We paid for the encounter experience, this was the only highlight being with the dolphins, the trainer was amazing everything else fell very short of the mark. Was advertised there was an infinity pool there was none, said interaction with sting rays there was none. We had lunch included but didn’t have time to have the lunch. We traveled from Negril which was 1 hour got dropped off at 9 told our experience was at 9:30 and we would be picked up at 11:30. This just wasn’t enough time.

It was confusing when booking what you got with each package and after paying a fairly sizeable ticket price TUI upgrade to top package was surprised to find photos were $77 per person ??this is ridiculous
