Fall in love with Verona, the romantic hometown of Romeo and Juliet, where history, charm, and stunning architecture come together in one unforgettable experience. Wander through Roman ruins, medieval streets, and Renaissance squares before escaping to the breathtaking Lake Garda for the perfect afternoon getaway.

Start your day with a guided walk alongside your tour leader from Castelvecchio to the lively Piazza Bra. Then enjoy some free time to grab lunch, soak up the atmosphere, and explore Verona your way.

Next stop: Sirmione, a true gem on the southern shores of Lake Garda. This picture-perfect peninsula stretches out into the sparkling water, framed by the distant Alps — the kind of place you’ll want to photograph from every angle.

I would recommend this day trip to anyone visiting the area, wonderful to explore Verona and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Sermione was beautiful, our only regret was not taking swimwear to enjoy a swim in the lake. Unfortunately TUI were responsible for the only stressful part of our day, our voucher said the pick up was our hotel but it was actually another location 5 minutes away - something we only discovered after a call to the guide, delaying everyone on the trip

Good, clear instructions before the tour. Guide was friendly, informative, funny and easy to approach. Timings of the day were accurate apart from unexpected delay on the motorway - guide rang the hotels to inform them of our delayed return. Great full day excursion to two beautiful, contrasting sites. History and architecture of Verona plus the quirky charmful edge of Lake Garda. Bonus of a boat tour of the latter (added extra incurring a charge but well worth it). You won’t be disappointe.
