ATTENTION: please note that on some days between 18 April 2025 and 27 July 2025, every visitor to Venice is required to pay, directly to the City of Venice, a contribution to access, except for the different exclusions. For dates, payment methods, to benefit from exemptions, and for all related information, please check the official website for the Venice Access Fee. Please pay the Access Fee online before attending the tour
Voucher purchases must be used within 24 months from the date of purchase. Users in possession of reservation vouchers are obliged to convert them to a regular ticket at the Alilaguna S.p.A. ticket offices as described in the travel documents
Validate your ticket before boarding Alilaguna vehicles. Tickets can be used on every Alilaguna line. Return tickets also entitle you to a return journey within 30 days of validation of the outward journey. To use the return leg of the journey, the ticket must be reissued within this period of time
Once in possession of the ticket, and before boarding, the user is required to validate it with the appropriate stamping machines. When these are not present or not working, the user is responsible for presenting the ticket to the inspectors or crew
The ticket must be kept for the entire route, once stamped it is not transferable from one user to another and must be shown at the request of Alilaguna staff or other personnel with a regular identification document

San Marco c/o wharf Alilaguna: ACTV 6.30am - 9.00pm
San Marco - Giardinetti Reali: 8.00am - 8.05pm
Rialto (Campo San Luca c/o Agenzia Bucintoro Viaggi): Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.45pm; Saturday, Sunday and holidays 8.30am - 5.00pm
Rialto (Riva del Carbon): 6.00am - 7.50pm
Lido S.M.E. c/o new terminal: 7.30am - 8.00pm
InterParking Tronchetto: 9.00am - 3.45pm
FS Santa Lucia c/o second track: 8.00am - 9.00pm

There was no need to worry, staff were very helpful and the service was easy to use. Recommend using this service. Only criticism is that the online booking claims you download a ticket to skip the line. Only a voucher that had to take to office anyway so no quicker.
