Not allowed:

You can not enter the premises wearing shorts, short skirts, and sleeveless shirts
Please note that baby strollers, luggage and large bags (over 40x35x15 cm), backpacks, umbrellas, tripods, animals and potentially harmful objects are not allowed on the premises and must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is a 20-minute walk from the end of the tour
Photographs are not allowed inside the Sistine Chapel and in some other parts of the tour. The Vatican staff is authorized to delete any files taken
Food and drinks are not allowed, except water
Power banks are strictly prohibited inside the attraction

Know in advance:

Entry ticket(s) will be sent to the email (and/or WhatsApp) provided during booking within 24 hours before the activity. The emailed ticket allows direct entry to the attraction
Late arrivals will not be accommodated and not be refunded.- On some days, there may be no staff at the meeting point. In such cases, you can enter the attraction directly using the emailed ticket. You will be informed in advance when this applies
You need to provide the local tour provider with the full names and passport numbers of all participants, as it is strictly required for access to the Vatican
The ticket will give you access to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel
Access to the Sacred Door is not included in the tour and requires a separate booking directly through the Vatican website
Some parts might not be accessible and are subject to unexpected closures until further notice due to site’s restrictions
All guests must undergo airport-style security screening. During high season, the wait may be up to 30 minutes
Late arrivals will not be accommodated

Meeting point:

If you received the ticket via email/WhatsApp, you don't need to go to the meeting point, but you can directly enter the venue with the provided ticket. If you do not receive your tickets or receive any prior notification, please meet at Via Tunisi 4, 0019, please arrive at the designated meeting point to retrieve your ticket 15–20 minutes before the activity starts. The meeting point is located at the bottom of the wide steps across from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. The steps are located between Caffè Vaticano and Hotel Alimandi Vaticano, on the corner of Viale Vaticano and Via Tunisi. You must present a valid passport or identification.

Bonne surprise. Aucun ticket dispo sur les utres sites. Mais ok sur musement. Seul bémol, probleme de paiement et obligation de passer par PayPal. Mais à ce prix là ils sont excusés

IT WAS DOUBLE THE REGURAL PRICE BUT I WILL DO IT AGAIN IF I WILL BE THERE. I FOUND 3 TICKETS THROUGH YOUR SITE THE DAY BEFORE, AND WE ENTERED THE MUSEUM IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES. WELL SPEND MONEY!!!

We had a great experience. We was 10 minutes late due to trains to meet the guy for our tickets and he patiently waited and was so helpful and friendly. He answered all questions we asked and went above and beyond to help. Great service.
