The transportation was good all though better info is needed when picking up in Bardolino as we were told that we would be picked up at the bus station that we got our transfer from. we were not aware of another bus station but it was sorted in the end. The transportation by ferry is very good. The guides were every knowledge Freddie was great . better information that there are also add on trips i.e the gondola/lagoon site seeing trips and that these need to be paid for in cash.

Our initial guide was friendly and gave us information about our day. Our problem was when we split into groups, our new guide walked so fast, we missed out on her commentary as she was so far in front and had to be told by o e of the group that there were people stuck behind other tourists when we walked through the narrow streets. A nice lady but needs to think her group a bit more. We were hot, and did not get the best experience

You need to advertise how long the day is from different pick up points. Many on bus had a 14 hr day when advertised as 8 hr day. Tour guide spent most of trip on health and dafety and not enough on history. Very repetative. Laggon tour was good and the organisation was slick.

Tour guide Janus was excellent and very knowledgeable, very enjoyable experience. Next time a bit of warning that there were options to do further activities and cost so can be a bit more prepared as cash was required and unable to use card.

Although Smiles Rewards on app advertised 10% off experiences, no code available/offered.Venice trip was amazing, so well-organised, Christina was wonderful - knowledgeable, passionate, engaging, patient, with great sense of humour. Guided tour 45 minutes was just right, then time to explore. Lauren, our hotel rep was brilliant, very entertaining and helpful. We booked trip online, as she had a queue, but her welcome meeting was the impetus for booking this as she was so informative.
