Please note: this tour involves uphill and downhill walking routes in hilltop villages. Therefore, unfortunately, it's not suitable for people with wheelchairs or with impaired mobility. To safeguard the well-being of the client, the driver and/or accompanying personnel reserve the unequivocal right to reject the participation of clients with motor disabilities or using wheelchairs if they deem their presence may compromise the safety of the client or other participants. This decision will be made solely at the discretion of the driver and/or accompanying personnel, and the client shall not be entitled to compensation or refunds in the event of refusal of participation

Please note: the order of visits may change. From November to March, Monteriggioni is not included and the return to Florence is approximately 30 minutes earlier
Wi-Fi is complimentary on board the buses, keeping you connected throughout your journey; connection quality may vary depending on the area the vehicle is travelling through, and coverage may occasionally be unstable
Once the audio guides are handed over before the guided tour, they become the full responsibility of the customer. In case of loss, a fee of €80 will be charged
Sample tasting menu: appetizer with a selection of local cured meats (prosciutto, finocchiona and salami), bruschetta with olive oil and truffle oil, pecorino cheese with balsamic vinegar and a green salad, followed by penne with traditional meat ragù and Parmesan (or lasagna), and finished with a jam tart served with sweet dessert wine. A vegetarian option is available upon request
For small groups, up to 8 pax, the tour will be by minivan and the tour escort service will not be provided. The remaining services will be as scheduled
If option selected: Guided visit in Siena with professional local guide (April to October monolingual guided visits in English and Spanish)

Meeting point:

Piazzale Montelungo, at the end of the ramp connecting with the train station. An assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothes with Caf Tour & Gray Line logos. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts. It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to join the tour, nor to have a refund or reschedule the tour.

Guides were very good and friendly. Would have liked more time in San Guiginnamo. It felt a bit rushed. Perhaps option to do so would be better.. Perhaps San Guiginnamo, wine lunch then Siena would allow us more time..losing one of the stops...on days when rain expected, perhaps ensure umbrellas

We booked this tour and received our ticket stating we had a Cathedral and Library in Siena visit included in our tour but when we went on the tour we were told that we did not and that Musement had paid the tour operator only for the guided tour. Everything else was as aspected. I enjoyed the tour

Es war toll. Sehr informativ, der einheimische Führer in Siena sehr lustig, die Führung war sehr interessant gestaltet. Die Reiseführerin war sehr nett und hat sehr viel erzählt. Das Mittagessen zur Weinverkostung war sehr lecker. Die Städte absolut sehenswert

The stop at Montereggioni could be omitted and more time allowed for the stop at San Gimignano as a constructive criticism but overall well run and thoroughly professional and enjoyable. Thanks
