About your host, Damiano: "I'm an amateur chef. I love making the same traditional Sardinian dishes my grandmother used to prepare for Sunday lunch. I researched the secret ingredients and took lessons from my aunts before teaching my classes. Filled handmade pasta is one of the best dishes and closing Culurgiones is an art!"
