Next up, is a workshop in the art of herbal medicine, coffee and coconut oil-making. It's up to you what you do next. Take a hike to the rice fields or get hands-on with a cooking lesson, ending with a tasty meal of regional dishes.

Enjoyed every minute of the tour, all staff were very pleasant, welcoming and informative. Particularly enjoyed the market experience, cooking and the planting rice. Lunch was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.
