We really enjoyed Symi island but we thought we would have longer on the Island. It took over 5 hours travelling time which u dont get told about . Ferry very uncomfortable too no decent seats as last on . Very tiring as the travelling is a long time

Irini our TUI guide looked after us well. She was such a pleasant happy person. The drivers in both directions from and back to the hotel were pleasant people too. All in all a trip worth going on. Lovely harbour and no walking up steep hills necessary.

Ordered the trip to Symi island for 5 hours only and then back to Rhodes but the Rep gave us the wrong trip the one we had was 3 hours In Symi then a trip via boat to the monastery we we were both not interested in so not happy we could of done with the 5 hours in Symi instead we got 3 so trip not as described thanks to the TUI rep who got it wrong

Pick up time changed to 55 mins earlier than booked. However on time, 3 hour stop and a 45 min stop in two places. Ferry 2 hrs. All in all from hotel pick up was 11.5 hr day Symi was lovely and worth the effort. I think the trip was worth £36 including pick up and drop off and the ferry ticket

It’s a waste of time stopping at the monastery, if we’re not going to have a guide as it wasn’t clear what you had to do in the chapel and I was refused entry and I was wearing a dress with shoulders covered. I would much rather have had longer in Symi

Not sure when I would have been alerted to the change of pick up time-just happened to see the notification when on the app for another reason! I think this was not the only change as a visit to the Monetary was not expected-although very picturesque none of our group were dressed appropriately for entry. Reading the information I'm not sure which trip we were actually part of as the Monestary description didn't match what we received either. TUI rep didn't even say a goodbye before departing.
