On a busy day this service is well worth the money as we have queued for hours to get through passport control in the past. This time however there was a very short queue so not as good value!

Staff very good and fast track was ??….fast…I felt a bit uncomfortable because I jumped the queue, well the fast track staff did because that’s their job, but very good, thank you…. Was worth it as no queuing up ..

The gentleman who met us Ahad Khames to assist us with our visa was great, he met us from entering the terminal and helped us right to the end when we collected our luggage and had a luggage assistant take us straight to our private taxi. It was streamless throughout out in 25 minutes from entering the terminal, getting our visa, collecting our luggage and getting in our taxi!
