The service was great, the guide very informative, and the place beautiful.

The bus had issues on the return trip and the A/C wasn’t working. Buses need to be serviced more often. The trip itself was excellent. Gorgeous scenery and a wonderful experience. Rosey was an excellent guide. The people here are amazing.

The food wasn’t that great, but everything else was good. I also wished they let us know about the length of the bus ride from Puerto Plata.

We begrijpen de uitleg en de toelichting wat we onderweg zien, maar het niveau van het geluid was te hard, ook na aangeven dat het zachter moest (deels enthousiasme) lukte het niet om de decibellen omlaag te krijgen.
