With waters so tempting around Sal, you're in just the place to try out scuba diving for the first time. This is the perfect opportunity if you don't quite fancy signing up for a full course, but you've always wanted to know what it's like to breathe underwater.

You'll get to grips with the equipment in a swimming pool first, and get comfortable with breathing and moving properly underwater. The, take part in a confined water dive in the pool or in the sea.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no option to get videos taken when booking and then to find out other members of group got videos taken as paid for this in advance, Tui should do the same as this is a once in a life time experience for some of us to then find out no pictures or videos included of dive, this is very disappointing, only reason for lower score. Get finger out Tui and offer this option or be part of the excursion.

I have just completed the beginners scuba dive. The dive itself was great, the instructor was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe whilst diving. I saw beautiful fish and sharks. I have unfortunately knocked off a star as on return to my hotel, I noticed my side pocket on my handbag was unzipped and €5 was missing. You leave your belongings on a shelf which is not secure - any customers, staff, randoms off the street can access them. You can’t take belongings with you.

I’m not the strongest swimmer, never dived before. This gave me the opportunity to learn how. Fantastic for beginners and experienced divers. Leelo was absolutely brilliant; kept me calm, and without her encouragement and support, I would have bailed out. Saw lots of beautiful fish and a ship wreck! I would recommend this for anyone who wants to start diving, and is just as enjoyable for those more experienced with diving. My husband has dived before, and he loved it! Shout out to Leia too :-D
