Accessibility:

People with reduced mobility can access from 10 Dundas St., entrance E. Take the public elevator to B1 and press the call button for assistance

No food or drinks are allowed inside the attraction
Guests are asked not to touch the miniatures and not to climb over or under the railings

Know in advance:

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged 0-3 can participate for free
Open every day from 10 am to 6 pm, including Stat Holidays. Closed on Christmas Day
Opening hours are subject to change. Check the venue website before arrival for the most up-to-date hours of operation and/or temporary closures
Last entry is 90 minutes before closing time, but two hours is recommended to fully enjoy the experience
There is no longer a café on site, so it's recommended to plan to eat before you arrive or after your visit
