Boat was clean and spacious, staff was very friendly, they blended in during the activities, patient and helpful with the clients with the fishing activity, variety of drinks available, food was delicious and more than enough for everyone. We were family of 3 and absolutely loved it, music was entertaining, weather was beautiful and it catered for each of our tastes. Small suggestion: a little presentation at the beginning of the journey with the safety features of the boat would be reassuring.

Absolutely terrible booked this experience and was really excited to go but when me and my partner got to the meet up point was told that the trip was no longer running and the company running the experience told us they had emailed to tell us this but got no such email then after telling them this they refused to refund me cause they claimed it wasn’t cancelled that they would offer an alternative date which I can’t make as my hotel is too far. Contacted TUI about it and they are refusing it to
