All participants must be over 16 years of age
Each participant must bring a signed copy of the liability waiver with them. You can download the waiver here
If you are renting a bike, you will also need to bring a signed copy of the bike rental agreement. You can download the rental agreement here

Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes
If you are bringing your own bike then please also bring a helmet. If you are renting a bike, a helmet will be provided
