Viktig information

The park will be operating at 25% capacity until further notice as of May 18, 2020 IMPORTANT: Reservations will be required. Date and time of visit must be chosen. Walk-ins will not be admitted. We will allow no more than 60 guests at the park in one hour. It is imperative that guests contact us directly for a reservation time, after purchasing their tickets. Visitors will be required to wear face protection (mask) while inside the gift shop. Masks will not be required outdoors, but are encouraged Staff will put forth extra efforts to clean, sanitize, and encourage social distancing among visitors. Airboats will be cleaned between each tour and we have dedicated full-time staff for cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.
Please note hours of operation are subject to change based on seasons or inclement weather. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
Special schedule for December 23 & 26 and January 1: tours will start just after 9.00 am until 3.30 pm with a final tour at 5.00 pm when the exhibits close. December 24th: Tours will start just after 9.00 am and will run every 20-30 minutes until the final tour at 2.00 pm when the exhibits close
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 are required to wear a life jacket for safety
If you need the tour in Spanish, please inform us 48 hours in advance
Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% service charge. No-show is not refundable
