Loro Parque eller Puerto de la Cruz transfer tur och retur

Vi fick vänta i en timme på bussen på morgonen. Det var sagt att de skulle komma 7.10. Vi hann inte äta frukost utan väntade i receptionen från 07.00. Bussen kom först 8.00. Inte okej. Hade vi vetat detta hade vi kunnat äta frukost innan avfärd.

Samą wizytę w Loro Parku oceniam bardzo dobrze, natomiast transfer oceniam słabo. Przejazd z Princess Inspire Hotel do Loro Parku trwał 3 godziny. Powrót trwał 2 godziny i 50 minut ale tylko dlatego, że goście z dwóch hoteli, którzy wsiadali początkowo po nas, wysiadali po nas (wsiadaliśmy jako pierwsi, a wysiadaliśmy jako drudzy od trzeci od konca). Cała wycieczka trwała bez 10 minut 12 godziny, z czego 5 godziny i 50 minut spędziliśmy na dojazdach. Stanowczo za długo....

Loro park itself was great. We arrived there about 15 mins late as the bus was late collecting us, which was grand. Done our thing in loro parque, told that we need to be at bus collection point at 17:00. Its myself, my wife and three young children. A 7yo, 5yo and a 1yo. Of course they need the toilet a few mins before we leave. Left us out at the stop at exactly 17:02. Found that bus left without us. Paid €160 taxi to get home. Ignorant tui rep said there's nothing she can do and was pure rude

I do think the playa las Americas/los cristanos transfer should be direct to loro parque. On the outbound by the time we collected in golf de sur it’s around 2.5 hours drive whereas on the way back they changed it to put us all into one double decker coach and cut the time down to 1.5 hours so saved 1 hour of travelling.

We was told the journey would take 1:25 this was the only reason we booked with TUI as we could have got it 20€ cheaper across road so we felt some what scammed into booking with TUI
