The whole place is very nice, animals clearly well cared for and food is nice, toilets need improvement

Wir waren Mitte März zu Besuch. Spielplatz war gesperrt. Imbisse nicht geöffnet. Sauber und aufgeräumt. Jedoch recht klein und übersichtlich. Anders als man es in Deutschland gewohnt ist.

The park had lots of animals to see such as penguins, parrots and other types of birds and monkeys. There were guides talks around the park, we saw the parrot show which was really good, the sea lion show which was good, however the penguin show was just a talk, the penguins weren't fed or anything to see at the time. The dolphins were completely closed off, we couldn't see them at all and the show was not taking place. The Park is well known for their dolphins show but it was closed off.

This was hugely misleading trip, it is still advertised on your site as having dolphins and dolphin experiences. There is no dolphins and has not been for some time . We spent £180 on a round trip to see them by taxi as there is no public transport there and only to see the dolphins as we have seen the other animals in England. I am very very unhappy with this trip

Half the experience was closed which was the dolphins and this was the only reason we booked the experience.

We specifically booked this experience to see the dolphins. After we had paid and arrived, we were informed that the dolphin show was not running that day. Had we been made aware of this in advance, we would not have booked at all. As a result, we ended up wasting a day of our holiday.
