The sand was gorgeous, the beach club was lovely. Nobody told me that i wasn't allowed to purchase any ice cream, any food other than pizza, and no alcohol other than 4 cans together! It was a very hot day, we were made to feel like we didn't belong and the staff were so rude about us not being able to purchase anything. Spoilt the day sitting there watching everyone else eat lovely food and drink, but we had to sit for 4 hours with such limited refreshments.

The fact that understandably you can not take your own photographs, we thought the cost of the professional ones was excessive.

We booked our tour paid for it got to venue to be told we had too pay additional 30 dollars reef tax this was not explained when we paid our excursion Tui informed us they didn’t know about it & would rest assured we would get our money back

The 10$ food voucher is only valid for rice beans and nachos with soft drinks only. We found that wasn't made clearly on booking or at resort
