We booked our tour paid for it got to venue to be told we had too pay additional 30 dollars reef tax this was not explained when we paid our excursion Tui informed us they didn’t know about it & would rest assured we would get our money back

The 10$ food voucher is only valid for rice beans and nachos with soft drinks only. We found that wasn't made clearly on booking or at resort

Ik had deze activiteit lastminute geboekt als opvulling voor ons verlof. Maar hij is alle lof waardig... supervriendelijk personeel, uitstekend georganiseerd en adrenaline verzekerd. Echt een dikke aanrader wat ons betreft en de kriebels in de buik krijg je er gratis bij ??
