The Cruise was great but the Drop off for 3 hours was boring.

Enjoyed trip very much, lots of entertainment! Our only disappointment was when we booked the tour we were told we would have alcoholic drinks from the moment we got on the boat till we got off. We had a long wait time before even getting on the boat and then another long wait to take off only to find out no drinks until after snorkeling. We totally understand for safety no alcohol for the snorklers but our group did not go there to snorkel and it was obvious so it was disappointing.

Just waiting for a response from my complaint from my excursion on 12/22/25. I was injured and it’s getting progressively worse. The longer you delay in responding is increasing my decision to obtain legal action.
