By government order, in case you want to enter the archaeological site with mobile devices (GoPro, professional camera, selfie stick, and drones) you must pay an additional fee of 50 Mexican pesos per device at the ticket office
Mexicans have a discount on the archaeological sites' tax upon the presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification
For safety reasons, you must wear a life vest during the visit to the cenote
The order of the activities might change due to operational reasons
If pick-up is included within your selected option, it is necessary to provide the full name and address of your hotel to arrange the pick-up service accordingly
For safety reasons, all infants are required to travel in an approved child restraint system while on the bus. The local supplier does not provide child safety seats, so customers must bring their own. As the child restraint system occupies a seat, a fee will be charged to reserve and guarantee a seat on the bus

Amazing day out with the family. The bus journey from hotel was just over 2 hours but the bus had great air con so it was a very comfortable journey. Through out the day our guides Omar and Juam were fantastic. Very knowledge, funny and engaging. The trip felt very organised and safe. Loved seeing Chichen Itza but especially enjoyed the Cenote. Recommend wear trainers for Chichen Itza but have flip flops for Cenote as hot uneven path from changing room to Cenote.

Great trip, bus was comfortable and had a toilet. The tour guides and driver were wonderful, and we learnt a lot about Chichén Itza and Mayan culture. Food at the cenote was ok, not the best (buffet style). Tequila tasting was good and nice stop to see Valladolid at the end. Overall great fun and worth it.

Tour guide BETO loved his job which made the trip amazing for customers by filling the minibus with humour and teaching us about the history of Chichen Itza. Very approachable and friendly. He sat families together on the minibus making it comfortable for the long journey.

Our guide was Arturo and driver Damien were fantastic, very knowledgeable and safe driving, agreed to drop us back at hotel on way back. Cenote was very small, we’ve visited better in Mexico. Lunch was not worth the extra 18.50 so if you can take a sandwich, A lot of market stalls at Chichen Itza which weren’t expected and when you’re trying to listen to guide distracting. Last stop at Valladolid unnecessary, only 30mins allowed and would rather get back earlier

We had a very knowledgeable tour guide in Omar & a competitive coach driver in Manuel the day trip packs in as much as possible..would have been nice to have had a little more time in Valladolid..the time spent at the other locations were just about right...only a small observation but still an enjoyable experience
