Scan the QR code from your confirmation email for direct boarding. No physical ticket exchange is required
Keep your QR code if stopping at Chin Swee Station to continue your journey or exit at SkyAvenue Station
Standard Gondolas accommodate up to 10 passengers. Glass Floor Gondolas accommodate up to 6 passengers
If the Premium Outlet Cable Car is unavailable, boarding will be available at Gohtong Jaya Cable Car
Personal photography is permitted provided it does not disturb other guests. Commercial photography requires prior approval
Each passenger may bring one cabin-size bag. Oversized baggage is subject to an additional charge
Admission confirmations are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or amended
