Whole excursion very good. Plenty of time at each stop to explore. The meeting point instructions give the address of the shop but you need to meet at the end of pier in old town.

The directions to the start point were wrong and we wasted time getting hot and sweaty looking for a place that didn’t exist, in the end we called the number and the person told us to go to the port and look for the Moroni desk and check in there. Why weren’t these instructions on the ticket or on a message, it would of made life easier. Luckily enough we gave ourselves plenty of time to get there otherwise we would have been late, however the experience was excellent.

We stayed at the Kassandra Bay Resort, Skiathos which was excellent. My complaint was that there was no welcome meeting after our arrival which would have been reassuring. When travelling before Covid there would be information folders, notice boards as well as the welcome meetings!

Konavle Valley wine-tasting tour with scenic train ride
Konavle valley's distinctive culture and cuisine are revealed in all their glory during this half-day tour. You'll sample locally grown wines at family-run vineyards, ride a train from village to village and tuck into some traditional food, all in the scenic surroundings of the Konavle valley. Antun, one of our local guides, says, ‘Dubrovačka Malvasija is the renowned grape variety unique to this region. Local winemakers managed to save the species, even though there were only three healthy vines remaining in the post-war period.'Located near the border with Montenegro, between mountains and the Adriatic Sea, the valley is a sun-drenched countryside escape from Dubrovnik. You'll arrive in the village of Zastolje to visit the historic Brajković winery, then it's all aboard to ride to Ljuta by train. Here, you'll see how the 500-year-old Đivanović water mill had dual purposes – since medieval times it was used to produce flour and process wool into fabric.After this visit, we'll continue to a different vineyard and wine cellar for more tasting. You'll sample some local culture when you try a typical ploughman's lunch, just as the farmers would eat during a hard day in the fields. The final stop is a third winery. Antun says, ‘You'll relish a cold glass of Konavle rosé alongside a slice of typical pandišpanj sponge cake at this vineyard. Pandišpanj is traditionally made for special occasions, like this tour, when we welcome our guests to our beautiful Konavle valley.'

De gröna grottorna känns uppfriskande och fulla av liv, medan den blå grottan har en mer mystisk känsla.”Efter en kryssning över Adriatiska havets lugna vatten närmar du dig de mindre kända men helt magiska tre gröna grottorna, som kärleksfullt kallas ”de tre systrarna”. Kaptenen kastar ankar och ger dig ungefär en halvtimme att simma runt och utforska. För att se de smaragdgröna reflektioner som gett grottorna deras namn, bege dig till den största gröna grottan. Och om du känner dig äventyrlig kan du simma genom den smala passagen i Canyon Cave för att se ljuset och skuggorna dansa på klippväggarna.Hoppa tillbaka ombord, där det finns gott om läsk, öl och vin, och bege dig till södra delen av ön och den berömda Blå grottan. Kasta loss från Lapadskaa Obala för en halvdagsutflykt runt Elaphiteöarna. Du färdas på en leut, en traditionell fiskebåt i trä, med din kapten, en äkta lokalbo som känner till varje gömd vik och hemlig plats i dessa vatten som sin egen ficka. Han säger: ”Elaphiteöarna är fulla av gömda skatter och jag känner till varenda vrå.”Medan du glider fram över Adriatiska havet kan du luta dig tillbaka med ett glas vin, en kall öl eller en läskedryck och segla mot ditt första stopp - Kolocep-bukten. Floden Neretva – båttur med lunch
