The event will take place even with adverse weather conditions as the Galleon is equipped with a covering structure and heating
Please note that the dinner is a standing buffet with some seats and some tables in the prow and stern area that cannot be booked or reserved but used freely by guests during the evening
The program of the event may vary on the Captain´s final word, depending on environmental conditions, technical or other factors
All guests aboard the Galleon are covered by third party civil liability insurance, under current law
The event will be confirmed with a minimum of 30 participants
In case of cancellation due to technical reasons such as breakdowns, weather and/or sea conditions, harbor closure by the port authorities, and conditions beyond the control of the Captain or the management (with the exclusion of client’s reasons), an alternative date or refund will be offered
If it is not possible to leave the dock or sail after guests have boarded and/or after the beginning of the event/dinner due to technical reasons (such as breakdowns, weather and/or sea conditions, harbor closure by the port authorities, and conditions beyond the control of the Captain or the management), no refund can be offered
