I’m very disappointed with this excursion. I told the TUI representative that I was travelling with an 82-year-old lady who had open-heart surgery a few months ago and can only manage 1–2 steps. I paid mainly to make her happy and surprise her, but it was unsuitable, with over 10 steps and long walks. Another elderly lady fell on the steps. The Aboriginal dance presentation was extremely loud, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. We couldn’t enjoy the zoo or show, and my £100 was wasted.

The afternoon zoo excursion was disappointing. It took place during the hottest part of the day, with very few animals to see. The enclosures looked outdated, small, and poorly maintained. We also disliked the extra charges for feeding animals and camel rides, which made the visit feel overly commercial. We recommend discontinuing this excursion, especially at midday. The evening program was excellent and well organized; only the exclusion of beer from the price was a minor drawback.

The food and drink were served quickly, but there was only red wine on the table and no white. I didn't like the way the server brought my husband's beer and stood there obviously waiting to be tipped. The Zulu dancers were very good entertainment, the belly dancers went on too long, so much so even the dancers looked red up. There was more than enough food in dishes on the table for everyone.

Uns wurde Deutschsprachige Reiseleitung versprochen. Doch es konnte KEINER auch nur 1 Wort Deutsch. Im Zoo waren auch nur wenige Tiere zu sehen die uns versprochen wurden. Die Seehundshow dauerte ca. 5 Minuten, dann deutete der Domteur das es zu Heiß ist. Kannen uns ziemlich verarscht vor, für Juli in Tunesien sind das doch total normale Temperaturen. Die Zulushow war nicht schlecht, eigentlich das einzig gute an dem Ausflüg. Aber nur dafür wars VIEL ZU TEUER.
