Rumbling through the Algarve in a 4x4, you'll head to Quinta da Fornalha, an organic farm and heritage site, where you're off to a scrummy start with a fresh produce tasting. Then, take in the views at Beliche Dam before you reach the rural village of Castro Marim, where an extraordinary visit to an artisanal salt pan awaits. The experience continues with a lunch stop at a local restaurant and concludes with a visit to Cacela Velha, one of the best-preserved villages along the Algarve coast. With its Moorish roots, whitewashed houses and intricate chimney pots, it's a picture-perfect finale to your journey through the region's cultural and natural heritage.
