The trip was great but the cost was too high and should have included the family photos instead of charging us 100$ US for the photos on top of the tour cost. This should be included as part of the package.

El servicio en el catamarán nos ha gustado. Lo que no nos ha gustado NADA fue la comida/bebida/servicio en el restaurante de la isla.

Le bateau et le service étaient super mais le rapport qualité prix était pas terrible ça ne valait pas le prix de ce qu’on a fait sachant qu’il fallait encore dépenser sur place pour avoir un transat et un parasol et que la nourriture du restaurant n’était pas top

Hallo liebes Team, vorab ein Lob an die Crew: Der Service an Bord des Katamarans war spitze! Der Rest war für den hohen Preis aber leider eine reine Enttäuschung: Auf der Insel durften wir die Liegen nur 2 Stunden nutzen – danach hieß es: extra zahlen oder sofort gehen. Das Essen war das Geld absolut nicht wert und beim Rücktransfer wurden wir auch noch zum falschen Hotel gefahren. Für so viel Geld war die Organisation abseits des Boots wirklich unterste Schublade. Eine Rückmeldung wäre schön

We were offered premium package. We were told we would get parasailing and when we got on the boat, they said it was not offered. We were offered premium drinks when purchasing this package but no premium drinks were served. We were poured beer from a 40 ounce bottle. overall, we felt lied to experience was nowhere near what we thought it was going to be. You get one anniversary a year and I felt we wasted on a travel package that didn’t live up to our standards.
