This was an amazing experience for the entire family!! I recommend it to everyone I know. The only thing I didn't like was that our pictures were taken but we never got a card or link to get our pictures. I reached out via WhatsApp and they were not able to find them. Really wish I would have had those memories.

Really enjoyed this trip. The boat staff were entertaining and gave history of the lagoon. The fire show was good. Downside the photos for digital were really overpriced.

The actual cruise itself was fantastic. I do, however have some negative feedback. We arrived at the port around 5.15pm to be told that we had to wait over an hour for the boat to do the sunset cruise then come back for us. Another guest was collected from another hotel. Their package included the sunset cruise,the Luminous Lagoon and a meal at the end. We were expecting a cruise until dark and then immediate return to our hotel. I felt the package was not fully explained to us.
