Staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t know about the free shuttle service but were delighted when we were offered a lift not just to the bus stop but to our hotel.

Picked up by their shuttle bus from hotel at agreed time. Staff there were friendly and gave us the safety instructions when got there could have hand held audio devices when there if wanted. Building was clean and well maintained there was a cafe there which was reasonably priced and if you have museum tickets you get 10% off the prices. Brought back by shuttle service and dropped off wherever you wanted we went to beach instead of back to hotel
