Difficult to get to and a complete waste of money as the tour left so early it was not dark yet all we did was drive around a congested City during daytime light.

Misadvertised and I’m quite cross actually. It is shown to be a ‘night’ tour to demonstrate the beautiful city lights on all the buildings. Instead it was at 6pm and I had the sun in my eyes for most of the tour and the front window was dirty so the sun was making it look cloudy on the glass. Also, the audio description was out of sync with where we were so we had gone past everything by the time it said wha to look at. The only good thing was the man at the collection point who knew I was first

We didn't realise we had to find out way into the City from the boat and initially found this a little daunting. However our Cruise guide Szimon explained our directions so clearly that we found it very easy to find.

It was very confusing finding the meeting point. A specific road name would have helped

We booked this tour as a party of four couples and was slightly misinformed that it was a panoramic night tour. We actually did not attend the tour and lost £60 each couple because firstly it was not at night in the dark (we had done the day time route which we later found out was the same tour)and our ship was docked quite a long way from where we were to join the tour and also where it ended requiring us to find our own way back to the ship we were holidaying on.

We arrived at the pick up point half an hour before departure and found we were redirected to another pick up point because there was a marathon run around the city on Saturday and Sunday therefore there was a lot of streets closed off which restricted us from seeing sites in the centre of the city, the traffic congestion was horrendous and we were taken around to see sites we were not interested in seeing like housing for the poorer people missed many of Vienna's wonderful sites, very disappo
