Know in advance:

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time
Take your voucher with you (printed or electronic) and show it to the assistant at the meeting point in order to be allowed on board
In particular weather conditions (for example in case of fog) or adverse weather conditions, the service may not be regular and the tour may be suspended
The boat will depart promptly at the end of each stop, so make sure to take note of the times communicated on board and be ready to depart on time
If you start from the train station in the morning, you will go back to San Marco at about 3.30pm and you'll have 2 hours of free time to enjoy the center of Venice. At 5.30pm a shuttle will take you back to the train station
Please note that on certain days between April 18, 2025, and July 27, 2025, every visitor to Venice is required to pay, directly to the Municipality of Venice, an access fee, except for specific exemptions. Please, check fares and dates on the official communications channels of the Municipality of Venice

Good visit to Murano and Burano. Not long enough on each island though, especially Burano which is the much more interesting of the two. Given the choice would have gone to Burano only. At £22 each was very good value and a good day out. Shame was no bar on boat.

This trip gives you a great taster of the islands. After the glass demonstration on Murano there was a bit of free time to look round the glass shops. Burano was beautiful and we would have liked a bit longer there. There wasn’t enough time to explore the island and get something to eat, so we chose to grab a snack and eat it while exploring the pretty streets. The guide pointed out all the sights from the boat in several languages.

Italia
La guida ha spiegato un po' la storia di Venezia e le isole in tutte le lingue. A Murano abbiamo assistito alla lavorazione del vetro e visitato un po' il centro per fare shopping. A Burano il tempo è stato un po' poco, mezzora in più era meglio. Maltempo a parte, è stata una piacevole esperienza.
