The marhaba meet & greet service offers four packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Family. Whichever package you choose, you can be assured you'll be well looked after on arrival. Whether you're a first-time traveller, a family with children, or a frequent flyer, you can book marhaba services to take care of your travel formalities.

The service option:

Bronze service

A warm welcome on arrival before immigration – please go to the marhaba counter and look for your name on the marhaba plasma screens
Assistance and guidance through airport clearance and all related formalities
Escort through immigration formalities and the security screening

Silver service

A warm welcome on arrivals. You will be met as you enter the terminal by a marhaba agent holding a name board
Assistance through all airport formalities and clearance through marhaba's dedicated fast track counter
Complimentary porter services and assistance with baggage

Gold Service

Dedicated one-to-one escort from arrivals. You will be met as you enter the terminal by a marhaba agent holding a name board
Assistance through all airport arrival formalities
Assistance at the baggage belt area and complimentary porter service

Family Service

Meet and greet on arrival as you enter the terminal
Accompany and escort you all the way through the airport formalities
Fast track through immigration and security
Complimentary porter service to assist with baggage on arrival in the baggage belt area

Marhaba services are available on arrival at Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1,2 and 3)
There are four different ticket options to choose from: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Family
Rates for marhaba services for bronze, silver and gold are per passenger
Rate Family package has got a minimum of 2 pax and maximum of 04 pax from the same family
The service is available 24hrs, please leave your flight and contact details at check-out and confirm these with the local operator after booking. You will find the contact details in the voucher after booking
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
