The guide was excellent throughout the excursion. Good communication and clear direction given on all activities from both the guide and individuals at the venue. Zip Lining and buggies were the highlights. Really good fun and safe to use. The photo packages was very expensive so did not buy. Opted for the buffet lunch at DOP 2500. Good food at a reasonable price. Overall, a good experience.

The activities themselves were mostly fun. However, the horses need better care (they are thin, have saddle sores and no access to water). The 'safari' isn't great and we were left waiting on the truck for 20 mins breathing in deisel fumes, so felt ill. The organisation there was awful: no comms about order of activities; took 9 hours to get round; loads of waiting around; made to eat lunch at 11.30; getting bands/ paying for lunch/ getting lockers was a shambles. Much room for improvement.

The activities themselves were fun however what was described as a 6 hour day ended up being 9 hours and in total around 12 hour trip with transfers. The day was filled with long period of time waiting, disjointed organisation and eating lunch at 11:30. The horses did not look well kept and there was clear preference given to those who spoke spanish over those who didnt. The TUI rep onsite informed us that pickup would be 7am, however it was 8am and this meant we missed breakfast.

Brilliant experience was over the moon with the whole day. Our guide was informative and good fun. The day was planned well with brilliant facilities and location. We would have paid double! Highly recommend this trip and activities- wasn't disappointed like other excursions here!

Zip line took an hour just to get started and hours of delays between zip line, no water during the wait, this put us back for all other activities that were then rushed to get us through. Group size to big and delayed all day .
