I was extremely disappointed with this excursion. During the boat tour, the captain stole a passenger’s bag. At first, the tour guide appeared to try to cover up what had happened, but eventually had no choice but to call the police. Watching the situation unfold was shocking and completely ruined the experience for everyone on board After that incident, I no longer felt safe or comfortable. It was impossible to enjoy the rest of the excursion because I was constantly worried about my family.

Our tour guide “presidente” was amazing!! He made the whole experience 10x better.

Super caro para lo que ofrecen. La playa es preciosa pero es servicio no tiene mérito. No han hecho absolutamente nada a parte llevarnos ahí con un montón de retraso y sentarse a echarse la siesta. Te intentan colar extras todo el rato, desde fotos hasta masajes. Lo peor de todo: no respetan la fauna. Van cogiendo estrellas de mar para sacarle fotos a los turistas y cobrarse dos duros de más, cuando todo el mundo sabe que eso las mata. Sinceramente decepcionada: me dejó un mal sabor de boca

Took 3 boats to get to island. Staff gave out scarfs and then asked for $5, 10 minutes later. Island staff was rude with waiting on you. Told drinks were free then later charged. Food was nasty. No running water in bathrooms and toilets didn’t flush. Massages were weak and ladies spoke about you negatively in Spanish. Tried to charge more than agreed upon price. Would never recommend or return. Too many stops post return on bus. Everyone has a tip jar on each boat. Just greedy and money oriented
