Tour di Chichén Itzá con Xichen

Driver Alejandro and Guide Alfa were amazing. They made sure our group was safe on the road until we made it back to our hotels. Friendly and courteous.

El cenote muy chulo, Valladolid, no nos dió tiempo de nada y Chichén Itzá, muy masificada, mucho calor y los vendedores muuuuy pesados, lo mejor, el guía Toni Boy, un crack explicando todo lo relacionado con la cultura maya.

Une guide sympathique mais qui ne maîtrise pas assez bien le Français (traduction souvent erronée ou mélangée avec de l’Espagnol). Nous restons sur notre faim quant aux explications données sur le site historique de Chinche Itza. Nous sortons de cette excursion sans avoir appris grand chose alors que le site est magnifique… Très peu de temps libre / Chauffeur très bien

The tour was canceled due to weather apparently. There was no communication to tell me that until after I had gotten up and got breakfast and waited for Transportation until I was finally told it was canceled. And then when I reached out to find out if I would get a refund, I was told that I would, however, I still have not seen any of it. Very, very disappointed in this company.

Organised trip .Staff with excellent service from booking, the drive and tour guide.

It would be better if it starts earlier, but we enjoyed it very much. We appreciated the small attentiveness as bottle of water at Chichen Itza and the cold towel after that.
