Prometieron paseo en la Ciudad y visita a playa, sin embargo el chofer nos llevó a fuerza a un sitio de venta de tequila y mezcal para supuesta cata, marcó el chofer nos dejó media ********** esperando pues dijo que iba a recoger a otras personas. Al final ofreció llevarnos la playa por 15 minutos. Esto se expuso a Ivánuno De los asesores quien lejos de intentar aliviar o solucionar la Situación, se mostró sumamente altanero y prepotente, nunca terminó de escuchar la queja de la Situación, mal m

The day started great. Friendly driver.. at first. Got to the marina and onto the boat, both the boat driver and guide were fantastic. we had great time snorkelling and it was very beautiful. When we got back to our car all was well until we decided to not go to the restaurant/ tequila tasting/ gift shop that was literally behind our hotel. Then the driver Francesco was very irritated and almost seemed mad. It was unfortunate because prior to that we had a fantastic time.

While we received a "good deal" on our excursion, we were promised by the representative that underwater pictures would be included. They were not. Once in the water, I noticed that our guide did not have a camera, hence no pictures were taken. I had done this exact tour (with pictures) in April. This was highly disappointing as we had a group of 6 friends I had convinced to buy this tour. The boat crew was wonderful, but we were all not happy that we had no underwater photos, as promised.
