Da Spalato si parte lungo la costa, si attraversano le montagne e si raggiunge la città costiera di Omis. È prevista anche una gita in barca sul fiume Cetina, dove vi attende il pranzo in un ristorante locale.

Partiremo alla ricerca di uno splendido scenario dalmata lungo la Riviera di Makarska, per poi proseguire gradualmente sulle montagne fino a Omis. Salite a bordo di una barca per navigare lungo il fiume Cetina, osservando il fiume che si snoda attraverso le profonde gole dagli altipiani verso il mare color verde acqua.

Sbarcheremo per un gustoso pranzo in un ristorante locale, seguito da un po' di tempo libero per rilassarsi lungo il fiume. Dopo la crociera a valle, è il momento di esplorare Omis e la sua storia colorata. Concluderete la giornata passeggiando tra le chiese, le fortezze e le stradine, un tempo percorse dai famigerati pirati di Omis.

This was an amazing experience and the tour guide was fantastic, so knowledgeable regarding history of Croatia. We all found it so interesting to learn about the Pirates and the Vatican's etc. A few stops made to take some photos, and the views were stunning. The Olive Oil Museum and tasting was great too - bought lots as it was all hand made. The river boat that took us to the secluded Restaurant on the River was an added pleasure. We loved this experience and would highly recommend this trip.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Die zur Vefügung stehende Freizeit in Omis hätte eine halbe Stunde länger und dafür die Zeit für das Essen eine halbe Stunde kürzer sein können. Leider war die Führung englischsprachig statt - wie gebucht - mit Guide in deutscher Sprache.

The guide (Tinkerbell) was very knowledgeable and excellent company. The trip itself was very interesting with our guide imparting a lot of historical facts relating to the area. The river trip was pleasant and invluded some amazing scenery. The restaurant and food was also high quality. The restaurant itself was very pleasant but sone air conditioning would have been welcomed. All in all, an excellent day.

Die Anfahrt war nicht so lang wie bei einigen anderen Ausflügen, daher hatten wir mehr vom Tag. Die Mischung aus Altstadt, Bootstour durch bergige Landschaften und kroatischer Küche war einfach klasse.

Love, love, love this excursion. 2nd time of doing it. Very knowledgeable guide. Lovely town with narrow streets to look around. River cruise is very pretty with a lovely restaurant stop at the edge of the river. Nothing rushed. Very relaxing.
