Voyage à la voile dans la mer des Caraïbes à Wildon

We expected a crystal clear water as they advertised like that this boat trip, but it wasn't. We meant to do snorkeling but it was cancelled due to the weather conditions but it wasn't communicated until we got to the boat. The 40 mins transfer from the hotel took over 1.5 hours. We stopped at random hotels and we waited there for God knows why. The driver didn't speak english and from the whole crew only Jesus spoke English.

We booked this experience direct with the TUI rep at the hotel as opposed to the one advertised in house with Royalton Hotel. She advised us against the Ryalton tour as it was little more than a party boat and we specifically said we wanted to snorkel and see pretty fish around d the coral. The bus took 1hr 40m to pick up guests and get to the boat. We had 1/2 hour snorkelling and NO coral and 1 he in shallow water and then the party boat with music, alcohol and dancing. NOT what we asked for.

This could not be helped but there was a very strong current and the sea was quite rough when we went snorkelling- I spent the whole time trying to not get pulled onto the coral or rocks and didn’t really get to see much fish - it was quite stressful- I wouldn’t do it again - the sandbank / pool bit was wonderful though and totally made the day - absolutely loved that. The staff were wonderful and friendly and they kept the drinks flowing. Overall we had a lovely day.

Poorly organised trip not worth the price. Plenty of people complaining on board about things they wasn’t told about the trip.
