Naviguez jusqu'à l'île de Catalina lors de cette journée d'excursion, en vous arrêtant pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba à La Pared, alias Le Mur, un parc national abritant un grand nombre de coraux et d'animaux marins, comme des poissons-perroquets, des poissons-anges et des tortues de mer. Ensuite, vous continuerez jusqu'à l'île de Catalina pour un déjeuner typiquement dominicain sur la plage. Ensuite, vous retournerez à La Romana pour visiter Altos de Chavon, une réplique d'un village méditerranéen du XVIe siècle. Vous y trouverez un amphithéâtre de style romain, des galeries d'art et une scène artistique animée.

Fantastic trip. Great snorkeling. Food was ok. It was much better on Saona trip. Were not told we were going to the village/ shops at end. Would have preferred to know this before as I was unfortunately very seasick and thought we were going straight back to the hotel. Excellent bus driver and your guide was good.

The snorkelling was great. Getting to Carolina was bizarre - instead of docking at the jetty like other boats, the passengers had to get from the boat into a smaller boat (which wasn’t altogether very safe) to get ashore. For the amount of passengers this took 3 trips which took up time and could have led to accidents- not sure why this was done The trip to where Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley got married seemed just an add-on - a bit of a waste of time.

It was a fantastic excursion. Well organised from start to finish . The Island is absolutely stunning. Just be prepared for a very long day .

Catalina island wasn’t a example of a Caribbean island is was very very rocky struggled to enter the sea at all without hurting feet, not suitable for children really nor people like me that mosquitos like m, it was horrible, food was good but more flys than food, sand was full of rubbish plastic bottle tops and cigarette ends, sunbeds was few and not great, to many people, shop on there was twice the price of the expensive shop in the hotel, the boats poured black sut/oil into the sea

Abholzeit wurde um 25 Minuten überschritten. Mit dem Bus zur Tankstelle zum umsteigen. Dort zum "falschen Bus" gewiesen. Im Bus hat Guide bemerkt das ich nicht nach Santa Domingo gehen wollte. Bus angehalten, musste umsteigen in einen PKW wo zuerst Platz gemacht werde müsste. Mein Bot war schon losgefahren. Späteres Bot nehmen müssen mit junges Party-Volk. Schnorcheln TOP. Übergabe an neue Guide (Christel) war sehr unprofessionell. Rücktransport war "okay"

The snorkelling was great.
