Transfert aller-retour vers le Loro Parque ou Puerto de la Cruz

Bus provided was very uncomfortable for such a journey. The park was excellent. Im glad we took the diamond package, the experience would not have been the same. The guide provided by the park, she was honestly outstanding. Knowledgeable. Wasnt reading from a script. You could see she enjoyed her job and had passion. The lunch, we did not expect anything like we received. It was a high standard meal. Something I would pay very good money for, back home!

We had an amazing time , penguin area was great and seeing the gorillas so near. The shows were brilliant. The only thing that was a worry was the floor in some areas, we saw someone slide over and later while crossing the bridge my husband slipt over. He hurt his back if he had been frailure it coukd of been worse.

Der Busfahrer der Rückfahrt hatte Eistemperatur. Die Info, das es sooooo kalt ist, im Norden hat gefehlt 🥲

The journey tine of over 3hrs was unacceptable

Die Transferzeit war Hin.- und Rückfahrt 5,45 Std das ist. Dies war für diese Entfernung viel zulange, wenn man bedenkt, dass es eigentlich nur 3 Std. sind. Die Klimaanlage im Bus war so kalt, dass ich krank geworden bin. Der Fahrer sollte sich eigentlich schon bei den Gästen erkundigen, ob alles passt. Es ist auch nicht gut, dass der Fahrer auch kein Deutsch spricht, man bucht ha eigentlich bei einem renomierten Reiseveranstalter TUI, die Qualität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Loro Parque se

Coach did not pick us up from designated bus stop. A car driven by a random girl told us she would be taking us to another stop. We had no idea where we were, and had no phone numbers for contact. Our arrival at Loro Parque was delayed by an hour. All the time we were in Lor Parque, we were worried how we were getting back to the hotel. It spoiled the whole experience. I complained to theTUI rep the next day. We would not book another trip anywhere with TUI.
