Valid only for the selected performance date, time and seating category. Orchestra, Rear Orchestra and 3rd Mezzanine seating are offered according to the option booked. All seats offer an unobstructed view
The show season runs November 4, 2026 through January 4, 2027
Doors open one hour before showtime. Arrive at least 30 minutes early; late arrivals may miss part of the performance
Bags must be no larger than 22 x 14 x 9 inches. Security screening is required. No outside food or drink. Radio City Music Hall is cashless. Cellphone use during the performance is prohibited
Empire State Building admission is on the same day as the show. For shows at or before 4pm, Observatory entry is arranged around 6:30pm or 7:30pm. For shows at or after 5pm, entry is arranged between 10:30am and 2:30pm. The exact time on the separate ticket controls admission
Security screening applies at both venues. No glass, sporting equipment, paint or markers, packages or luggage at the Empire State Building
