The Brooklyn Immersive tour operates daily (Monday–Sunday) and departs at 2:00 PM from Big Bus Tour Stop #1 (M&M's World, 7th Ave & W 48th St). The experience lasts approximately 3 hours. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to redeem your booking with a uniformed Big Bus Tours staff member, as seats are allocated on a first-come, first-seated basis

We enjoyed the flexibility of being able to hop on and hop off, however our experience drastically varied between buses. Only one of the drivers was welcoming, for the rest it felt like we were an inconvenience for them. For many of the buses, the audio was about 5 minutes behind the sites we were visiting. The audio wasn't particularly informative. We were also hassled so many times by the street vendors trying to sell us the tour we were already booked on. Very expensive for a bus ticket.

Bus war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Man konnte sehr schlecht aus den beklebten Fenstern schauen. Schlechter Fahrstil. Tour wurde nach 2/3 abgebrochen. Wir wurden aus dem Bus geworfen mit dem Hinweis wir sollten einen anderen Bus nehmen.

Würde ich im Vorfeld nicht mehr buchen. Es gibt unterschiedliche Anbieter, die dort Ihre City - Touren verkaufen wollen - BIG BUS ist aber der renommierteste. Da die Stadt eh an einem Verkehrschaos leidet, kann ich eher vorschlagen, die Metro zu nehmen. Ansonsten wurde bei der Bus Tour viel über die Kopfhörer erklärt und es hat auch Spaß gemacht. Leider hatten wir am zweiten und dritten Tag Regen, so dass die Busse unten stark frequentiert waren und somit voll - ist aber ein Einzelschicksal.

What I liked about the bus tour - The commentary through the headphones was brilliant. The bus was very clean and The first 3/4 of the tour was really good taking in all the sights. What wasn’t as good was the last quarter driving fast all the way up at the side of the Hudson River. Nice to see it but not for all that way.

Guide very helpful, good way of getting around the sites. You don't actually get to see alot of the sights from the bus.
