Accessibility:

The viewing platform isn't fully accessible. Due to structural constraints, there's a 10 cm step at the entrance, which can usually be managed with assistance
Large wheelchairs, including some electric wheelchairs, may not fit through the doors leading to the viewing platform
The parapet on the viewing platform may restrict the view for wheelchair users who are unable to stand
As an alternative, you can visit the Panorama Café, which is accessible and offers views through its large windows while seated

Not allowed:

Dogs aren't permitted inside the TV tower, except guide dogs

Know in advance:

A free audio guide is available in English, German and Swabian
Strollers can be left in the foyer
