With a good mood and broad insider knowledge, the qualified city guides of St. Pauli will show you the neighborhood from a completely new perspective: Originally located in front of the city gates, the seamen and traders created a pulsating parallel world with rampant nightlife, which also includes violence and crime. From these roots a multicultural and infamous party district developed over the years in the heart of the city.
But there is so much more to discover here! A unique neighborhood, colorfully mixed and politically active, small alleys, beautiful old building facades, quiet backyards and a varied gastronomic scene. Whether Ayurvedic, vegetarian, or meat-based, Vietnamese, Lithuanian or original Hamburgian - many languages are spoken in St. Pauli. You'll visit selected exciting locations and are also provided with exciting stories and hard facts.
Different rules have always applied in St. Pauli. “Silence is gold” is one of them. The city guides don't take it that seriously - promise! So none of your questions will go unanswered and at the end of the tour you will see the “Kiez” with different eyes.
